Bargain Rental cars Photo Contest Terms & Conditions

1. The Terms & Conditions below are deemed acceptable for entry into the Bargain Rental Cars Social Media Photo Contest.
2. Any changes or amendments to these Terms and Conditions can be made by Bargain Rental Cars at any time.
3. To be part of the contest, a customer must have hired a vehicle from Bargain Rental Cars for at least one day in the competition month (customers renting cars for over a month will be eligible to enter the Competition for as long as the length of their bookings last).
4. Multiple entries by the same customer are allowed each month, but a new picture must be submitted each time.
5. Bargain Rental Cars may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant or submitted entry that breaches the entry process in these Terms & Conditions or misuse/damage Bargain Rental Cars property.
6. Bargain Rental Cars employees, family members, related companies and/or business partners/associated are ineligible to enter.
7. Pictures must be submitted in a high-resolution format and must be received on the last day of each month by 11:59pm (NZDT).
8. A selection of 5 pictures will be uploaded to Bargain Rental Cars Facebook page on the first day of every month, and for two days, the public will vote which one will be the winner.
9. The picture with more engagement (likes, comments or shares) will be selected, and the winner will be notified by email.
10. Finalists cannot like or comment on their own pictures on Bargain Rental Cars Facebook page or promote like for like or vote for vote campaigns.
11. The winner will receive a $100 Prezzy Card voucher to be used the way they want.
12. In case of a tie or draw, the Prize will be divided equally amongst the chosen winners.
13. Bargain Rental Cars reserves the right to verify the validity of entries at any time during or after the Competition.
14. The Prize will only be awarded to the winner following any validation and verification required by Bargain Rental Cars at its sole discretion. Failure coming from Bargain Rental Cars to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
15. If Bargain Rental Cars is unable to contact the winner to claim fulfilment of the Prize, that winner will forfeit the Prize in its entirety, and it shall be awarded to the second-best valid entry selected.
16. Bargain Rental Cars will not be liable for a winner that cannot be contacted, and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. The Prize is not transferable.
18. Participants agree to their names and photos to be used free of charge on all Bargain Rental Cars platforms and marketing material for promotional purposes.
19. By entering the Competition, the entrant agrees to join Bargain Rental Cars email database to receive ongoing marketing emails.
20. If for any reason this Competition is unable to happen as planned, Bargain Rental Cars reserves the right in its sole discretion (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition.
